Dillon was the absolute BEST! He really went out of his way to make sure I got the best service for my repairs. He was completely transparent about all the steps and the pricing and it was more than reasonable. He really made the time and effort and I couldn't be more grateful!!

The most incredible customer service ever! Tony literally saved me when my tire blew late at night with my kids and my dog 2 hours away from home. He was quick, kind and courteous and towed me to an open tire shop. And, when that tire shop said it was going take a week to get a tire and twice the price I called Tony again. He sent me to Bobby at Auto Beauty Center and my car was done within 24 hours at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. And, especially females. They all treat you with kindness and respect. This isn’t just a business. It’s a safe haven for travelers everywhere.

Above and beyond!! I wish all businesses held themselves to such standards!! When my lug nuts sheered off my front tire leaving my tire to fall off and stop under my driver door, I was fortunate enough to be able to get stopped at a pull off across from Auto Beauty Center at 3020 S Jackson Drive Independence, MO 64057. They came right across to see if we were OKAY, if needed any help or anything. They then proceeded to help me calm down which REALLY MEANT A LOT. Then having just been through a lot leaving me broke, they really went out of their way to help!! I can honestly say this is one Business All Other Businesses Should Aspire to Be.
